Oak, Maple, Linden, Eastern Red Bud and Locust trees were planted on school property last week! Twenty nine  beautiful trees have already provided shade during the warm October weather. Two groves have been created in our back yard. We are so excited that one of the groves will be developed into an outdoor classroom.  Armour stone will arrive sometime this month for seating and play activities.  Trees were also planted out front in our new Kindergarten play area as well as in various locations around the school. A huge  THANK YOU goes out to our current and past School Council members as they had the vision for an outdoor classroom and saved the funds to create this wonderful outdoor space!
