Our very own Mrs. Singh shared her Diwali traditions while wearing her beautiful traditional Diwali dress. Students in a variety of classes learned about the Hindu Festival of Lights. She showed students her oil lamps that were made of clay and the beautiful jewellery that she wore for this special occasion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Students from Ms. Jetter’s class learned about Patterns and Symmetry through painting their own Diwali Rangoli Design.
