Lexington has a strong history of inviting volunteers into the school. We are grateful for our volunteers and would like this tradition to continue. There is a new policy regarding volunteers, one area that will impact many of our helpers states: Prior to volunteering, submit an original copy of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) if supervising students that are not in direct proximity of a staff member or if deemed necessary by the Principal.

This will impact almost all of the situations where we require volunteers. If you are hoping to help out this year, please head down to the police station (corner of Lexington and Weber) to acquire a Police vulnerable Sector Check. To be eligible for the $10 fee, please send in a request to the school office for a letter from us. Once you have your clearance, please provide a copy to the office and you will be ready to go!
